You know, as someone who enjoys writing, I find it odd that I use DA's journal so very rarely... Anyway. On to the meat o' this tale!

As some might know, I've recently been devoting most of my free time to working on my very own visual novel. Some of the artwork is up here on DA, actually. And I've finally reach that hard earned first milestone, the end of the prologue. I know. I know. You're going 'Wha? The Prologue?! That's it?!' But it's actually alot of work finding and/or making the artwork, writing the story, putting the story together in an actual VN, etc etc etc.

To blatantly steal a phrase, 'it's one small step...' for me

An optical illusion produced by manipulating light from a special 'magic' lantern. Phantasmagoria, that is what they will call this day. A day when everything changes. It's one of those things you take with a grain of salt... but I still thought it was pretty cool.

Writing fiction is never as easy as some people think. It doesn't matter if it's fanfiction or the original variety.

Of course... I happen to be writing both ^_^;

With my last couple deviations being for my Persona 4 fanfiction, I've been focusing on it. Recently though, I've found myself at a sort of roadblock. That is... until i got my hands on the ' Persona ' OST...

What can I say, Shoji Meguro is awesome. I write to music. Music makes me write. Consequently... Everything I write tends to come out with a 'soundtrack' of its own.

I just finished.... oh.... a 6 or 7 hour long beginning-to-finish drawing for a contest here on DA....Mesaa tired. TGIF though... the -last- thing i need right now is more college classes cutting in on my sleep time...

It's a time for firsts...

ahh well... I better sign off before i fall asleep at the keyboard...which is HIGHLY uncomfortable.
